This survey is in two parts, the first is about accessibility, diversity, and inclusion at FOSS Backstage, and the second part about your general experience at FOSS Backstage. 

The first part of the survey will be used in conjunction with our demographic survey to create our yearly diversity and inclusivity report. We hope that this will help us plan better for future events, and keep FOSS Backstage transparent and accountable to our commitments to diversity and inclusion.
